This one is going to burn. This workout is near the top of the list when it comes to ones that caught me off-guard as to how difficult it would be to go non-stop without any rest. I definitely underestimated it. Give yourself a goal and if you need to drop or break for a few seconds during the movements, no worries. Keep at it!
