This was one of the first videos ever filmed for Five Dollar Fitness so it holds special meaning. It's also the full body video workout currently used in our intro guide, "Your First Step." So for many of our members there's a good chance this was the first ever workout done with us. Burpees are going to catch up with you very quickly. Don't go out too hot. Better to be consistent through the whole thing.
