• Finish 150 Air Squats as fast as you can.
• Every minute you're still working out, do 5 push ups
• Start with five push ups when the workout begins.
Just... keep... moving... The faster you get this done, the fewer push ups you need to do. Pace alongside with me for about 20 air squats per minute. But if you really want to dial up the intensity, try to go all out and see if you can do 40 or more in the first couple of minutes. That turns this into a workout of only 4-5 minutes. Beware: Your legs will BURN!
