• Every Minute do 10 Jump Squats and 5 Burpees.
• Rest the remaining time in the minute.
• Perform this cycle for 11 minutes.
• Decrease the jump squats and burpees if you're not finishing.
Yea this one caught me. It was much more intense than I thought. When in doubt, never doubt those burpees!
