• 50-40-30-20-10 of Push Jacks, Bicycles, Froggers
• That's 50 Push Jacks, 50 Bicucles, 50 Froggers. Then 40 for each, 30 for each, etc.
• Required 1 minute rest
• Then 1 minute Low Plank.
• 15 minute time cap.
You don't need to go at blazing speed to finish this full workout, but you do need to keep up a good pace. Go hard getting the 50's and 40's out of the way. Get those largest chunks done and over with.
