• 20 Lateral Jumps Over an Object
• 30 Scissor Kicks
• 15 Air Squats
• 15 Tuck Ups
• Rest the Remaining time in the two minutes
• That's one cycle. Perform 5 cycles.
As with most jumping, the height of the object or target, makes all the difference. Pick an object you're confident you can clear.
