• Hearts = Lunges - Clubs = Hand Release Push Ups
• Diamonds = V Ups - Spades = Air Squats
• 2-10 = # on the Card. All Face Cards = 12
• Jokers = 3 Burpees
• You have 25 seconds per card. Rest if you have time left over.
