• Every Minute On the Minute for 6 Minutes. Do:
• 6 Lateral Jump Overs
• 6 Squat Kicks
• 6 Tuck Ups
• 6 Sets / Pairs, of Flutter Kicks

You're biggest challenge in this workout is the height of your object. Especially jumping laterally as opposed to straight on, is a much different animal. Fittingly enough, we used a stuffed animal. :-)
