• Every Minute On the Minute. Do:
• 8 Air Squats • 8 Hand Release Push Ups • 8 Sit Ups
• Rest the remaining time in the minute.
• Decrease to 7-7-7 or 6-6-6, or 5-5-5 if you're not getting at least 10 seconds of rest each round.
These types of workouts are great because EVERYONE can scale this as needed. If it takes you close to a minute to do 3 squats, 3 hand release push ups, and 3 sit ups... no problem. Do 3-3-3 and re-test yourself a few weeks later with 4-4-4.
