• 1 Minute Burpees
• 1 Minute Squat Thrusts
• 1 Minute Triple Step Drill
• 1 Minute Rest

The Triple Step Drill can take a moment to learn and get the proper form down, but it's a great exercise to get your heart going. Consider holding your leg and arm up for an etra second or two, if you want the movement to focus a bit more on balance.
