The Workout
• "Burpee Burnout"
• 1 Burpee on minute 1. Rest remaining time.
• 2 Burpees on minute 2. Rest remaining time.
• 3 on minute 3. 4 on 4, etc.
• Go as long as you're able. Until you can no longer complete.
• Workout capped at 15 burpees on minute 15.

Burnouts escalate VERY quickly. And perhaps there's no better example than with burpees. I strove for 12 and knew from the beginning where I'd be stopping. Remember though, you can always do one more!
