• 1 minute of low plank. Then immediately into a complex of:
• 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.
• 10 Floor Thrusters, 10 Goblet Squats, 10 (Sets of) Bird Dogs.
• then 9-9-9-, then 8-8-8, 7-7-7, etc.
• Grab anything at all to use for your Goblet Squats.
This was a fun one to film. Sometimes you don't have time to workout, even from home. And it's not uncommon to have distractons if you've got children. We decided to utilize that situation and incorpoate it into the workout.
