• 50-40-30-20-10 of Lunges and Sit Ups
• 50 Lunges, 50 Sit Ups. Then 40 Lunges, 40 Sit Ups
• 30-30, 20-20, 10-10.
• Each leg counts as one for the lunges.
• 12 minute time cap to finish.
