• 15 seconds of Air Squats

• 15 seconds of Squat Thrusts

• 15 seconds of Push Ups

• 15 seconds of rest

You've got 15 seconds of rest after each round, so don't waste time transitioning between movements. Otherwise by the time you finish one, take a breath, and set your body up for the next movement, four or five seconds will have already passed. Go hard for 45 seconds straight.
