• 50 IJR's OR 40 seconds. (whichever comes first)

• 10 Burpees OR 40 seconds. (whichever comes first)

• 50 Jumping Jacks OR 40. (whichever come first)

• 10 Down and Back Side Shuffles OR 40 seconds. (whichever comes first)

• Always resting 20 seconds after each movement.

• 3 Full Cycles
