• 20 seconds on / 10 seconds rest. 8x through of Sit Ups
• 1 minute rest. Then:
• 20 seconds on / 10 seconds rest. 8x through of V Ups
• Your "score" is your worst round of the 8 times.
The "Tabata Game" is always fun to test your consistency. You can't have a single bad round because then your score is reflective of it. You always have to go just a bit harder and push yourself just a bit more, than you did the previous round.
