• Minute 1 = 1 Burpee and 1 Pike Push Up. Rest remaining time

• Minute 2 = 2 Burpees and 2 Pike Push Ups. Rest remaining time.

• Minute 3 = 3,3. Minute 4 = 4,4. Etc, Etc.

• Capping out at Minute 10 = 10,10 as the final one

It's very ambitious and aggressive to get into the 8's, 9's, and finally 10's. If you wan't to complete 10 and 10 within the final minute, you really have to push and not take much transition time. Good luck!
