Steve has spent years in the health and wellness industry, both involved in the day to day operations of a sports supplement company and as a successful owner of multiple gyms.
When Steve was forced to temporarily close his gyms because of Covid-19, he was constantly asked by friends and family for at-home workouts they could do safely with little to no equipment. So he took the initiative and created a program for them.
Steve started Five Dollar Fitness to give people a way to get workouts, nutritional support, and encouragement without leaving their home AND without spending a lot of money.
Steve enjoyes contiually challenging himself, loves to travel, and has been to about 75 different countries and territories. He is available for virtual personal training sessions or those looking for customized workouts.
Additionally, he takes on a limited number of clients each year for individuals looking for life or executive coaching to enhance their business skills, professional development, or financial freedom.

Meet Coach Christina! Christina is a holistic nutritionist, certified health coach, Lagree Fitness Instructor, and shameless lover of classic rock.
She received her Bachelor’s of Science from New York University's Steinhardt School of Culture, Education and Human Development in Nutrition and Dietetics, but also studied classical music and Environmental Science.
After graduating, Christina took the next few months to backpack through Thailand, learning about urban and rural foodways from Bangkok to a remote Akha village. Since returning, she has enjoyed Crossfitting, teaching virtual wellness seminars, and roasting coffee back home in upstate New York.
She has worked in the film industry in costume design as well, to round out her eclectic portfolio. She takes joy in helping individuals develop sustainable and healthful habits, both in terms of fitness, mental wellbeing, and nutrition. She hopes to cultivate a full and beautiful life by helping others realize their potential.
Christina offers individual meal planning, custom macronutrient guides, supplement recommendations, and 1:1 accountability and mindset coaching to help you crush your goals.
